This page is only for people whose account has already been created on the platform: patients included by a health professional, and professionals invited by an OB-E administrator.

You should have received an activation email when your account was created, but its validity is time-limited. If it has expired, enter below the email address your account was created with: we will send you a new link.

After clicking "Send": if the address does not match your account, nothing will happen. If it matches, you will receive a link to reconnect by creating a password.
